Office Director (Duties: 1. Lead office operations and implement the General Manager’s instructions. 2. Key Account Manager Responsibilities: 1. Expand group customer base, develop product portfolios, and design marketing strategies; 2. Software Engineer Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the design, development, and testing processes of software engineering systems, and address critical issues and technical challenges encountered during projects; 2. Provide guidance to programmers; 3. Collaborate with the project manager to conduct customer research and analyze and design business processes; 4. Assist the project manager in ensuring project quality; 5. Coordinate the work of various programmers and collaborate effectively with other software engineers; 6. Prepare various types of software documentation, such as requirement specifications and high-level design documents, for examination purposes.
Job Qualifications: Proficient in Java, familiar with C# and Golang programming languages, skilled in the use of technologies such as networking, I/O, multithreading, and JDBC; familiar with relevant frameworks including SpringMVC, Spring, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, MyBatisPlus, and Spring Boot; has practical project development experience with these frameworks; familiar with mechanisms such as distributed systems, caching, and message communication.
Quality Inspection Manager (Duties: 1. Responsible for the technical management, quality inspection, and metrological management of this workshop. 2. Responsible for quality inspection of various trades within this workshop during the construction process; review whether the basic parts and major components proposed by each workshop need to be replaced, aiming to reduce material waste and lower costs while ensuring quality. 3. Regularly visit all workshops to promptly identify any technical or metrological issues arising during production, work together with workshop staff to find solutions, master the technical requirements for each component of every door, promptly correct errors in production, ensure product quality, and minimize rework and waste. 4. Responsible for the inspection of each door; after inspection and debugging, gain a comprehensive understanding of the quality and technical condition of each door. If any door fails to meet factory standards, immediately notify the workshop supervisor and rigorously implement the multi-level inspection system for each door.) Cost Accountant—1 position (Duties: 1. Responsible for establishing a systematic cost control framework to effectively reduce the company’s overall operating costs and thereby enhance its economic efficiency; 2. Responsible for the supervision and management of all company assets; 3. Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual cost analysis reports for the company; 4.
