(formerly Xinlong Electronics) is a modern high-tech enterprise integrating the manufacturing of residential meters—including water meters, heat meters, and gas meters—as well as related products such as water supply pipes, fiber-optic pipeline leak detection equipment, and sewage monitoring systems, along with software development, product integration, and information services. It is one of the 14 key enterprises in Hebei Province’s electronic systems.

22 The company has successively developed energy-saving and water-saving products including intelligent thermostatic mixing valves, non-negative-pressure water supply equipment, ultrasonic heat meters, wireless remote-transmission water meters, photoelectric direct-reading water meters, and NB-IoT smart water meters.
