(1) Quality Assurance: In accordance with the product manufacturing and acceptance standards, our company provides a three-guarantee service (repair warranty, return warranty, and exchange warranty) for the products supplied to your company. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of completion of system commissioning and successful water acceptance testing. During this period, our company will be responsible for repairing any quality issues that arise. All repair costs, expenses incurred for replacing nonconforming components, and any other resulting losses shall be borne by our company. Even after the warranty period has expired, if the issue is related to an inherent quality defect of the equipment, we will provide free repair or replacement, followed by proper commissioning.
(2) Follow-up visit: Establish user profiles and conduct telephone follow-up calls every two months starting from the date of product replacement. Additionally, carry out unannounced site visits and perform systematic upgrades on an irregular basis to promptly understand how the product is being used and address any issues customers may encounter during operation.
(3) Response time: When customers have after-sales service needs during product use, we will provide a clear response within one hour and offer remote technical support. We will also work with the customer to discuss and agree on a solution based on the specific situation. If on-site support is required, we will dispatch relevant technical personnel to the site within five hours. We provide uninterrupted service until the issue is fully resolved. The company maintains an ample stock of repair parts at our service centers to meet all repair needs.
