IoT water meters are replacing traditional water meters, ushering in a new era for water metering.
In the past, the primary method for reading traditional water meters was manual meter reading. As times have evolved, this meter-reading method has gradually been replaced.
Smart water meters were developed precisely to address this complex challenge. They utilize dedicated IoT private networks and dedicated phone numbers provided by the three major telecom operators, ensuring stable and efficient communication, enhancing signal coverage, and enabling remote meter reading without distance limitations. The IoT remote water meter collects water consumption data via a collector module and then transmits it to a concentrator. After the concentrator performs remote data reading, the information is finally sent to the data backend center. Additional features include valve control and automatic alarm functions. With these capabilities, IoT remote water meters make water management smarter and more convenient.

The IoT remote transmission water meter developed by Chengde Longzhida Intelligent Instruments & Meter Technology Co., Ltd. boasts the following product advantages:
1. Utilizing wireless radio frequency technology and integrating a low-power, multi-channel embedded wireless module, it enables wireless data transmission.
2. Independent RF circuit design, long transmission range, and easy to expand.
3. It can measure and store water consumption, enabling remote meter reading and control, and can also automatically monitor battery status and operational conditions.
4. Supports tiered water pricing
5. It has advantages such as cost savings, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.
