A mixing valve is a device that provides consistently warm water by blending hot and cold water and reducing the water temperature. It offers all the advantages of automatic thermostatic mixing valves for hot and cold water. Thanks to its simple and convenient installation, high cost-effectiveness, and excellent temperature-control accuracy, it’s widely used in various applications. A thermal element is installed at the mixed-water outlet of the automatic thermostatic water-saving mixer. Leveraging the thermal element’s properties, it drives the movement of the valve core inside the valve body, thereby blocking or opening the inlets for cold and hot water. When the cold water inlet is blocked, the hot water inlet opens simultaneously. Once the temperature-adjusting knob is set to a specific temperature, regardless of how the inlet temperatures and pressures of cold and hot water may vary, the ratio of cold to hot water entering the outlet will adjust accordingly, ensuring that the outlet water temperature remains consistently stable. The temperature-adjusting knob can be set arbitrarily within the product’s specified temperature range, and the automatic thermostatic water-saving mixer will automatically maintain the outlet water temperature.
