1. Home Page: Displays an overview of the meters owned by the current account. This section can be customized based on customer requirements.
2. Basic Information – Price Management: Implements tiered pricing for users; currently supports three-tiered pricing settings.
3. Regional Management: This section allows you to set up multi-level regions. For example, the first-level region can be set as “City Name,” the second-level region as “Water Supply Company,” and the third-level region as “Residential Community Name.”
3. Operations and Maintenance Center: This section allows you to add, configure, and remotely upgrade concentrators. You can also add or delete devices under your account, view device usage, water consumption data, historical data, real-time status, and more.
4. Service Hall: Provides functions such as opening accounts for users, creating user profiles, accepting user payments, and processing bill payments. The WeChat Pay billing logs are also stored here.
Introduction to the Software System (Mobile Version)
Leveraging WeChat Mini Programs, we’ve enabled mobile payment functionality while also offering a range of customized services. Specifically, the fees paid by users are directly deposited into the merchant account linked to the WeChat official account (the merchant account is linked to a corporate bank account).
1. Home Page: Displays basic user information, the last payment made, and new payments. You can make a quick payment directly from the last payment record.
2. Payment Page: Displays the device’s balance, cumulative usage, and user-related information, allowing users to easily confirm device ownership and proceed with payment.
3. Personalized Notification Page: Users can configure whether to receive push notifications, set device balance alert thresholds and usage alert thresholds, enhance user interaction, and improve the overall user experience. For example, if a user enables notification reception and sets the balance alert threshold at 12 yuan, the system will send a balance alert notification via the WeChat official account each time the device’s balance falls below 12 yuan. By clicking on the notification, users can directly access the mini-program to make a payment.
4. Payment Record Page: Allows configuration of whether to receive notifications for water bill balances, balance alerts, and usage alerts. Includes features such as payment record inquiry and monthly usage inquiry.
