Strictly adhering to the GB/T 19001-2008 idt ISO 9001:2008 “Quality Management Systems – Requirements” standard, the company has established a quality assurance system tailored to its specific characteristics, taking into account the company’s current situation, product features, quality policy, quality objectives, and employee qualifications. This system primarily encompasses the following aspects:

(1) Quality Assurance: (2) Follow-up Visits: We will establish user profiles and conduct telephone follow-up visits every two months starting from the date of product replacement. We will also carry out occasional on-site visits and system upgrades to promptly understand how the product is being used and address any issues encountered by customers. (3) Response Time: If customers have after-sales service needs during product use, we will provide a clear response within one hour. If on-site support is required, we will dispatch relevant technical personnel to the site within five hours.
2. Training Service Commitment
(1) Water System Software Terms of Service
① Responsible for providing training to your staff on the use of the water supply management system, ensuring that your personnel become proficient in its operation.
② Responsible for providing free maintenance of the software installed in customers’ water supply management systems.
③ When the customer needs to establish multiple business management centers, we will be responsible for providing you with the web-based water supply management system software, as well as its installation and usage.
④ Responsible for providing free maintenance services for issues arising in the customer’s water supply system software.
⑤ Responsible for periodically upgrading the customer’s water supply system software to ensure it remains up-to-date with our latest version of the water supply system software.
(2) Water Meter Usage Terms and Conditions
① Responsible for providing training to your customer operations personnel on how to operate smart water meters, enabling your staff to become proficient in their use.
② Responsible for providing technical support when smart water meters are tested by the local metrology authorities;
③ Responsible for providing free technical materials on common sense for using smart water meters, as well as information on common faults and repair methods.

4. Provisions on Liability for Breach of After-Sales Service Obligations
During the product’s service life (as stipulated by the national metrological verification regulations to be 7 years), if the supplier is unable to continuously and uninterruptedly provide repair services, replacement parts, accessory supplies, upgrade and maintenance of the water management system, or training for the purchaser’s operational personnel, the purchaser shall have the right to take legal action.

Today is a day that every Chinese person should solemnly remember—the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
On July 2, Chengde Longzhida Company held a meeting with the Sino-German Institute. After thorough discussions between the two sides, Mr. Bai, General Manager of Longzhida Company, and the faculty team from the Sino-German Institute reached a consensus: Longzhida Company officially entrusted the Sino-German Institute to carry out the design and R&D work for a new type of ultrasonic water meter.
