The All-China Federation of Trade Unions delivers “cooling” gift packs to frontline workers.
This summer in Chengde, aside from the torrential rains, temperatures have remained persistently high since the start of "Rufu" (the beginning of the hottest period of the year), making the heat unbearable. To bring a bit of relief and convey the care of the Party and the government to frontline workers who are steadfastly performing their duties outdoors in scorching heat, the district federation of trade unions has launched a “Delivering Coolness” condolence campaign across the entire district.
Today, we visited Chengde Longzhida Intelligent Instruments & Meter Technology Co., Ltd. to extend our care and concern to the frontline employees. We took detailed inquiries into their working conditions, as well as their measures for heat prevention, cooling, and labor protection. We also delivered to the frontline staff of Chengde Longzhida Intelligent Instruments & Meter Technology Co., Ltd. essential supplies for combating the summer heat—such as bottled water, floral water, towels, and beverages. In this sweltering summer, we brought “coolness” right to the workers’ posts and conveyed heartfelt care and attention directly to their hearts. We also expressed the deep concern and warm regards from our leadership. Finally, we reminded the employees to always prioritize safe production above all else.

Today is a day that every Chinese person should solemnly remember—the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
On July 2, Chengde Longzhida Company held a meeting with the Sino-German Institute. After thorough discussions between the two sides, Mr. Bai, General Manager of Longzhida Company, and the faculty team from the Sino-German Institute reached a consensus: Longzhida Company officially entrusted the Sino-German Institute to carry out the design and R&D work for a new type of ultrasonic water meter.
On May 30, Longzhida Company successfully held an exceptionally meaningful event titled “Welcoming the Eighth ‘National Science and Technology Workers’ Day’: Promoting the Spirit of Scientists.”
