The Founding Ceremony and First General Assembly of the Chengde City Water Supply and Drainage Association Were Successfully Held.
Recently, the founding ceremony and first general assembly of the Chengde City Water Supply and Drainage Association were successfully held at Yunshan Hotel. Attending the event were over 80 representatives, including leaders from 31 member units such as Chengde Longzhida, as well as heads of water supply and wastewater treatment enterprises from some non-member units in our city. Leaders from the Municipal Bureau of Ecological Environment and Chengde Water Affairs Group Co., Ltd., among other relevant organizations, also attended the meeting. The opening remarks were delivered by Director Cong, Director of the Municipal Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau for Urban Management, and the meeting was chaired by the Head of the Enterprise Management Department of Chengde Water Affairs Group.
The meeting adopted the association’s regulations and rules, including the “Articles of Association of the Chengde Urban Water Supply and Drainage Association,” the “Regulations on Meeting Management,” the “System for Democratic Decision-Making,” and the “Regulations on the Election and Management of Directors.” The positions of Chairman of the Board and President of the Association were also elected. We must continuously enhance the technological content of the industry and lead the healthy and orderly development of Chengde’s water supply and drainage sector. We should deliver efficient and high-quality services directly to enterprises, helping them address their practical challenges. Members should cooperate sincerely and strive to play a vital role in ensuring drinking water safety, wastewater treatment, and water conservation. Let us work together to open up a new chapter for Chengde’s water supply and drainage industry.

Today is a day that every Chinese person should solemnly remember—the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
On July 2, Chengde Longzhida Company held a meeting with the Sino-German Institute. After thorough discussions between the two sides, Mr. Bai, General Manager of Longzhida Company, and the faculty team from the Sino-German Institute reached a consensus: Longzhida Company officially entrusted the Sino-German Institute to carry out the design and R&D work for a new type of ultrasonic water meter.
On May 30, Longzhida Company successfully held an exceptionally meaningful event titled “Welcoming the Eighth ‘National Science and Technology Workers’ Day’: Promoting the Spirit of Scientists.”
