Next-generation mixing valve
1. First-generation mixing valve
In 1998, the first-generation intelligent mixing valve was developed and introduced. Its output water temperature control accuracy reached 1°C, filling a gap in China’s supply of constant-temperature water. Currently, this product has passed provincial-level appraisal and has been granted one invention patent and one utility model patent (Patent No.: ZL99104660.9). In 1999 and 2000, it consecutively received the National Excellent New Product Award. The HSZ series intelligent mixing valve is an electromechanical integrated device that employs microcomputer control technology and utilizes advanced temperature sensors with closed-loop feedback to automatically adjust the output water temperature by controlling solenoid valves.
2. Second-generation mixing valve
In 2012, building on our original mixing valve, we developed a second-generation mixing valve that addressed the narrow temperature range issue of the first-generation model.

3. Third-generation mixing valve
In 2017, building on our existing mixer, we developed the third-generation mixer, which addressed issues such as application scope, mixing range, accuracy of the mixed-water outlet temperature, and scaling.
Next-generation mixing valve
The pressure-free intelligent mixing valve is the company’s fifth-generation product, developed with independent intellectual property rights. It addresses the common on-site challenge that cold-water pressure must exceed hot-water pressure by 1 to 1.5 kilograms, while also resolving the issue of uncontrolled hot water flow. This device is an automated system that mixes cold and hot water in a fixed ratio to deliver consistently tempered water, thereby eliminating the problems of fluctuating water pressure and temperature—resulting in water that alternates between hot and cold—and the difficulty of fine-tuning the temperature during bathing. It places no special demands on cold- and hot-water pressures and features rapid mixing speed, stable outlet water temperature, and high control accuracy. Primarily used in bathhouses, swimming pools, and similar facilities, this product offers energy savings, water conservation, low investment costs, minimal space requirements, and a high rate of return.

On July 2, Chengde Longzhida Company held a meeting with the Sino-German Institute. After thorough discussions between the two sides, Mr. Bai, General Manager of Longzhida Company, and the faculty team from the Sino-German Institute reached a consensus: Longzhida Company officially entrusted the Sino-German Institute to carry out the design and R&D work for a new type of ultrasonic water meter.
