What are the indicators for evaluating instruments and meters?
What are the key indicators for evaluating instruments and meters, enabling us to better select a product that is both comfortable and reliable to use? The main evaluation criteria include service life, the warranty period after purchase, and product specifications.
1. Product Parameters
Product parameters are the primary indicators for evaluating a product; they directly reflect the hardware quality of the instrument or meter.
2. Service life
Service life refers to the period from the start of use until the product loses its specified functionality. A long service life indicates high product quality; if problems arise after just a few days of use, it suggests that the product is of poor quality.

3. User Experience
User experience primarily refers to the design of instruments and meters being aligned with human psychological and physiological characteristics, enabling users to better utilize the product, maintaining human agency, and allowing users to feel convenience and comfort when using these instruments and meters.
4. Beautiful and neat appearance
Structural characteristics refer to the degree to which components are standardized and universal, processes are versatile, materials are used rationally, and structures exhibit inheritability—all under different production methods and conditions. Processability reflects the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of manufacturing and maintenance of an instrument’s structure under specific production conditions. A pleasing and neat appearance provides users with a superior visual experience.
5. Service-oriented
Serviceability refers to the after-sales service provided for a product. Completeness refers to the extent to which supporting products, spare parts, and relevant technical documentation are provided to ensure the product’s quality, performance, and ability to function properly during operation.
