What are the main components of an ultrasonic heat meter?
As the weather gradually turns colder, it seems we’ve already moved past autumn and entered winter ahead of schedule. Snow has begun to fall in places like Jilin. With just half a month remaining until the heating season begins, ultrasonic heat meters play a crucial role in helping everyone stay warm during the cold months.
An ultrasonic heat meter is an instrument that uses ultrasonic technology to measure flow rate and display the amount of thermal energy released or absorbed as water flows through a heat exchanger. Thanks to its advantages—such as simple installation, accurate measurement, and energy savings—it has become highly favored by both the market and customers.
The ultrasonic heat meter consists of three main components: a flow sensor, paired temperature sensors, and a calculator.
1. Flow Sensor: The ultrasonic flowmeter uses the time-difference method to measure flow rate. Ultrasonic transducers are installed in the measurement channel to transmit and receive ultrasonic signals. The measured data is then processed and converted into a flow rate value.

2. Temperature sensor: Primarily used to measure the supply water temperature and return water temperature in heat exchange systems.
3. Calculator (integrator): By processing and calculating the collected flow rate and temperature difference signals, it can determine the heat and cooling energy consumed by the system.
The above are the three main components of an ultrasonic heat meter. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Longzhida Company Successfully Hosted the Victory Parade Commemorating the War of Resistance.
Today is a day that every Chinese person should solemnly remember—the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
On July 2, Chengde Longzhida Company held a meeting with the Sino-German Institute. After thorough discussions between the two sides, Mr. Bai, General Manager of Longzhida Company, and the faculty team from the Sino-German Institute reached a consensus: Longzhida Company officially entrusted the Sino-German Institute to carry out the design and R&D work for a new type of ultrasonic water meter.
On May 30, Longzhida Company successfully held an exceptionally meaningful event titled “Welcoming the Eighth ‘National Science and Technology Workers’ Day’: Promoting the Spirit of Scientists.”
