Performance Features
1. The antistatic agent and flame retardant in the pipe material are uniformly distributed throughout the high-density polyethylene resin matrix, ensuring that the antistatic and flame-retardant performance remains unaffected even after prolonged use.
2. The pipe material has low density and light weight, making it easy to handle without the need for machinery, significantly reducing labor intensity. It’s quick to install, shortening the construction period.
3. The pipe material is corrosion-resistant and does not easily scale, making it particularly suitable for underground transportation of media containing sulfur, calcium, and magnesium ions. This saves on costs associated with corrosion prevention and descaling, and its service life significantly exceeds that of other pipe materials.
4. The inner wall of the pipe is smooth, offering excellent hydraulic performance; under the same pipe diameter, it can increase the conveying capacity by 25% compared to metal pipes.
5. High strength and impact resistance, with superior mechanical properties. Excellent aging resistance, not prone to embrittlement, highly resilient, capable of absorbing impact energy, and featuring an elongation at break of up to 200%. It is minimally affected by terrain settlement during underground installation.
6. Excellent water tightness and environmental friendliness. The pipe joints are well sealed and easy to install. The raw material is HPDE resin, which boasts excellent hygienic performance, poses no risk of contamination, is harmless to workers’ health, and is environmentally friendly, clean, non-toxic, and green.
