Management System for Photoelectric Direct-Reading Water Meters
Photoelectric direct-read water meters feature high measurement accuracy, a low starting flow rate, convenient meter reading, an aesthetically pleasing design, safety and hygiene, and a long service life. These meters employ photoelectric direct-read technology to capture data from the dial wheels. Compared with traditional pulse-type meters, they can reduce reading errors to zero, making them electronic remote-reading water meters with zero error in electromechanical-to-electrical conversion for automatic meter-reading systems. Moreover, they adopt a low-power design, requiring no regular power supply—power is only needed during meter reading or valve operation. The direct-read electronic module of the photoelectric water meter has no mechanical contact with the counting system, thus ensuring that the meter’s measurement performance remains unaffected. The direct-read electronic device operates only briefly when powered up, consuming extremely low power, and the meter itself does not require internal batteries. Each meter has a unique address that can be set or modified as needed.
Customers can also use the smart water meter management system’s PC and mobile platforms to query their water usage status in real time. If they notice a sudden increase or decrease in utility bills, they can immediately conduct a thorough inspection to prevent unnecessary damage. The system is equipped with intelligent lease management features, smart product management methods, a user management system, water consumption monitoring capabilities, financial accounting tools, intelligent task processing functions, and system software alert display features.
