On February 8, a donation ceremony for epidemic prevention and control supplies for pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus infection was held at the municipal government. Thirteen enterprises and individuals in our city donated funds and supplies totaling 14.8978 million yuan through the Municipal Red Cross Society to support epidemic prevention and control efforts.
Recently, Guo Jingtao, Vice Chairman of the Chengde Municipal Political Consultative Conference, Wang Guohui, Secretary of the High-tech Zone Party Committee, and Sun Xiao, Director of the District Government, visited Chengde Longzhida Intelligent Instruments and Meters Technology Co., Ltd., a key enterprise in the Development Zone, to conduct a field survey of the company’s resumption of work and production as well as its epidemic prevention and control efforts, ensuring that enterprises can smoothly resume operations under the premise of effective epidemic prevention measures. During the on-site visit, they inspected the company’s workshops, office spaces, and other areas, gaining a detailed understanding of the company’s resumption of work and production.
