During the meeting, the top leader delivered a keynote speech that was both inspiring and uplifting. In his speech, he reviewed the group’s journey—from its early days of entrepreneurship and establishment to its rise as a thriving enterprise and its entry into a new era—highlighting the group’s courageous exploration and tireless efforts. Looking ahead, he provided a detailed explanation of how to put into practice the specific guidelines related to directives, actions, communication, and reporting, and urged everyone to integrate the group’s outstanding cultural values into their daily work, thus providing strong support for the company’s continued development. The meeting emphasized that in 2019, we must stay true to the main thread, thoroughly publicizing and implementing the spirit of the twelve directives; closely focus on the core themes and earnestly fulfill the responsibilities of each department; and deepen integration to accelerate business upgrades.
