Mixing valves are widely purchased by many businesses because they are easy to adjust, simple to operate, and of high quality. Now, let me introduce to you the working principle of mixing valves. At the mixed-water outlet of the automatic thermostatic water-saving mixer, a thermally sensitive element is installed. Utilizing the temperature-sensing properties of this element, it drives the movement of the valve core within the valve body, thereby sealing or opening the inlets for cold and hot water. While sealing the cold-water inlet, the mixer simultaneously opens the hot-water inlet. Once the temperature-adjustment knob is set to a specific temperature, regardless of changes in the temperature or pressure of the incoming cold and hot water, the ratio of cold to hot water entering the outlet will adjust accordingly, ensuring that the outlet water temperature remains consistently stable. The temperature-adjustment knob can be set arbitrarily within the product’s specified temperature range, and the automatic thermostatic water-saving mixer will automatically maintain the outlet water temperature.

A mixing valve is a device that provides constant-temperature hot water and reduces water temperature. It is assembled primarily using a thermostatic mixing valve as its main component. It inherits all the advantages of automatic thermostatic mixing valves for cold and hot water, and includes types such as underfloor heating mixing valves and automatic thermostatic mixing valves.
